We dined at 3.30pm - wanted champagne afternoon tea as a birthday celebration. However, one of our party does not eat fish and another is a vegetarian and the waitress informed us that the chef does not like deviating from the menu. They brought two teas together and said there were fewer fish sandwiches on one and were quite perturbed about having a vegetarian . In the end they did accommodate us but it was hard work. In the middle of this the waitress knocked a cup of tea over one of our party but explained this was the first time this had happened to her!
