Went for girlie catch up. Lovely food and wine. Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Have been several times before under different Heathcotes guises and never been disappointed!

More about The Olive Press - Preston

With the kitchen headed by MBE Paul Heathcote, The Olive Press Preston is renowned for delicious Italian cuisine. Hefty butchers’ block-style tables and exposed brickwork are offset by a glossy bar.

A diverse selection on The Olive Press menu includes colourful antipasti platters and fresh pasta dishes, with favourites including baby scallop and pancetta tagliatelle. For a unique touch, signature pizza dough is crafted to the recipe of a Tuscan monk, whilst succulent cuts of meat and fish offer fresh and wholesome flavours.

As well as a wealthy stock of international wines and cool cocktails shaken at the bar, tempting desserts include lemon and amaretto cheesecake. For little diners, The Olive Press Preston lets kids make their own pizzas, as well as a fun activity sheet menu.

Enjoying a well-established reputation in the city, The Olive Press restaurant blends a family-friendly vibe and a cosmopolitan setting. Preston Rail Station is 7 minutes’ walk away.
