As always a delicious lunch and brilliant service. As a gold card holder, my friend and I were given the lovely risotto taster and beautiful cocktail, my vegetarian plank was creatively presented and very good to eat as was my friends pasta dish. Always a great place to meet up with friends over a relaxing lunch and Manchester rates with York as my two favourite Jamie restaurants. Thank you.

Booked a table at Jamies Italian for 6pm, we arrived a little early and were escorted to the bar. Our buzzer went off at 6:15, I was ravenous after starving myself for tonight's meal. 15 minutes wait isn't too bad! I had eaten at Jamies previously so I knew what to expect. And yet again I wasn't disappointed, the set menu was varied and tasty and we added a couple of extra starters to give us more choice. I would definitely go back to Jamie's, my only niggle was the drink prices, £27.00 for a bottle of prosecco.

Not as good as previous visits: I thought the Star Menu was over expensive - we have previously had 3 courses for £20, which was good value, this deal was 3 courses and a glass of prosecco for £30, which turned out to be expensive as the prosecco is priced at £5.25 per glass. Also the service was slow, we had been seated for 25 minutes before our order was taken. Drinks are overpriced - lager is £4 per pint which is outrageous

Beautiful setting although the tables felt a little cramped. Food was great but not amazing. I had the bresaola salad which was disappointing. The cheese over powered everything else on the plate. For main I had the signature porchetta, which is what saved it. Pork was amazing and beautifully presented. My only sticking point would be the amount of mushroom used, but to be fair a really nice dish. For dessert I had the toffee popcorn choc brownie. Nothing amazing and some of the popcorn wasn't popped which spoilt it a little. Overall, the food was nothing to write home about but then it wasn't over priced either. For dinner after work mid week it was nice but I wouldn't go for a special occasion.

It was my daughters birthday and such a treat. With my god card we were given olives to start, we both had delicious mains and we were then given a delicious strawberry dessert. A delicious meal, brilliant staff and great ambience. Jamie's never fails to provide a wonderful experience . Thank you.
