It's a shame there is no consistency of service. Most staff are really great but just one that's not can ruin the experience. Our last visit was for valentines day and the effort made was really lovely but again, a couple of things that just spoilt it. Whilst most of the food was delicious, tasty and beautifully presented, the main dishes were warm, almost cold and the sirloin was chewy. Such a shame as we wanted it to be so perfect and it so could have been. We also felt rushed to leave our table 2 Hours after arriving [...] Although 2 hours was sufficient, to be reminded they needed the table twice within 2 hours, it still spoilt the moment.
