We dined on an offer - we had the five-course tasting menu with a free cinnamon Bellini. The food was excellent, especially the coconut prawn dish and the mango and cardamom brulee. The Bellini was unusual and great.

I was very disappointed about this restaurant. The food was OK but not worth £35. The main course was particularly bad, it was a substitution from the menu main course and was more like home cooked curry rather than the advertised "fine Indian dining". The service was sloppy and very rushed - 5 courses in less than an hour! Really? There is absolutely no ambience in the restaurant and the staff are far from friendly or professional. I will not be returning. A poor reflection on the Cinnamon chain and the Bookatable brand.

A friend and I had lunch here on 1st May and used the Star Deal offer. The service we received was poor to begin with. Twice we had to ask for the cocktail that was included in the deal. We ordered a bottle of wine and had to ask for that twice and it eventually arrived after the first course had been served. The dining experience was very good, as the food was delicious and well presented, but overall we felt that it could have been improved considerably if the waiting staff had been a little more professional.

My first time at Cinnamon Soho having dined at the Westminster branch many times. More relaxed and casual environment, food as good and service better.

We booked the star deal of a 5 course taster menu. The food was excellent however the portions were rather small and the party left the restaurant still hungry despite 5 courses.... Even though this was classed as a star deal it was expensive for what you got.
Service was slow but very friendly, a 20 minute wait between courses seems excessive....
We were unlucky that there was a large group of 10 people in the same area as us - they were so noisy that we could not hear each other....

Overall, good food but probably not worth the amount charged particularly as the portions are small....

I chose Cinnamon Soho because I have been to The Cinnamon Club a couple of times before and loved it. Although our food was delicious I wasn't as impressed with the ambience and standard of service. I was also disappointed that the tasting menu didn't have vegetarian options for all of the courses.

Very slow service. Tables are very close together and waiters rush around all the time - not because they are so busy but more likely because they are understaffed. The food was nice but very overpriced for what it was - impressive salmon starter but the rest was daylight robbery. Tandoori prawn with 3 prawns on a plate for £17 is a joke! No value there at all. Overall not a memorable experience. The restaurant is nice and clean and the food nicely presented, but overrated for what it is.
