A lively, vibrant atmosphere that was both family friendly and enjoyable for those dining without young children. It is one of the few local restaurants where you feel comfortable to take children without compromising on good quality food. Excellent!

Food ok, not much atmosphere. Disappointed as love going to the Cheshire Oaks venue. However , it is in a seaside location and it was very busy . Could do with a good clean !

Dined at teat time on a Saturday.
Service just about average. A tad slow, however staff were friendly and pleasant.
A long (too long, about 30 minutes) wait for pre-dinner drinks. I had to ask what the hold up was. Apparently this was due to a machine breaking down. Someone should have come and told us and offered complimentary drink due to the delay.
The prawn risotto had the appearance of a bowl of 'gloop', which would have put me off. However the person who had ordered it said it tasted 'divine', although I'm not sure I would trust their judgement.
Ambience O.K., but I prefer abit of a 'buzz' which was definitely lacking.
Overall then I found it overpriced for what it was and I will not be returning in a hurry.

Crying children destroyed atmosphere. However it was 5.30 so w e had to accept it. The menu was lacking in any individual specials and hardly any meat dishes. It lacked individuality and the place was expensive for what it was serving. Seating of families should have been better thought out.
