My friends & I came for tea on Saturday. The whole afternoon from walking in & being seated to drinks later on the a terrace was to say the least...amazing! Sandwiches ok but a little dry but being as hot as it was may well have been expected. Tea choice fantastic & the free flowing bubbles really were "free flowing" & I particularly enjoyed the cheese scones mmm. We will return again! Views over the Thames fabulous - thank you x??

We had a lovely afternoon tea, although would have preferred a window table to enjoy the view. The staff were attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Alexandra in particular was lovely :) Our glasses were regularly topped up and only had to ask once or twice for refills. The food was just OK.

Excellent. Best afternoon tea I have had and it is unlimited bubbles for sure. The Library Lounge is a beautiful room with fantastic views over the river and the service excellent. Thank you. Great value for money too.

Everything from booking to leaving was gorgeous. As a birthday treat i couldn't have asked for a better day. I wasn't sure what to expect with 'free flowing bubbles' but it was exactly that, all staff were very attentive, never letting our glasses run dry. Despite that I would have perhaps liked out tea topped up as this was never addressed - minor detail. A lovely experience, I will definitely be going back

To start with alone the architecture and the décor, ambiance are worth the money we paid, the table cloth and the napkins were starched, the view to the river and the sunshine a treat. The service was 2nd to none, they were very attentive and the Cava flowed freely, the choice of tea was extensive and I only mentioned to my friend that her usual tea was not there when the manageress came and provided it, without us mentioning it to the staff. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty, the scones were sweet with a lovely sugar crust and the savoury cheese ones were equally delicious, the cakes were cute and were quite different to the usual cream tea selection. We could not finish it all and took some back in a lovely little box and a carrier bag was provided. Although the place was packed the service did not deteriorate

Took my Aunt for a birthday treat, the afternoon tea was excellent, service was just as one would expect from a Marriott Hotel, lovely views across the River Thames as we were seated by a window. So good am going back!

FABULOUS!!! Service was impeccable and the views were amazing. Will definitely be back soon. Not a single fault. Venue was amazing, every member of staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Even the approach to the hotel was an experience with the courtyard...walk over Westminster Bridge - idyllic!!

Unfortunately we werent in the Library Lounge, but the restaurant which is not as nice a setting. The Library Lounge was one of the reasons I picked the venue. The food was not great - the bread was hard on the sandwiches and the scones were ok. We didnt taste the cakes. The service was very attentive and the free flowing bubbles was also a plus point. We had a lovely afternoon but I have been to much better afternoon teas in London and would not go back as I think there are better places.
