There was no luxury feel to my dining experience. I originally booked the evening for an anniversary occasion, however the staff were not particularly friendly, and food really was not that great, especially given the extreme high price points. We received an offer for 50% off food, which allowed us to afford to dine there, I was expecting a 5 star experience with incredible food, however the dishes were bland and some ingredients were not available (such as the calamari which was in a few dishes on the menu).

Great views over the Thames. Worth going just for that. Attentive service without being over powering. All in all a good experience

Very nice views of the Thames and a menu bursting with choice.

I took a friend here for chocolate afternoon tea for her birthday. While the food -and quantity - was fantastic and the venue was very nice, the service left a lot to be desired! It's very very slow. Overall we had a good time but don't book this if you're in a rush!

We had afternoon tea here and the overall experience was grim. We arrived and seated and almost immediately were served a plate of 3 sandwiches each which were more builder's size than finger size. The thick bread was crispy and stale which implies they were not fresh with scant fillings - some unidentifiable chicken mess, cucumber including a thick tranche of skin and smoked salmon. The scones were warn and good but ruined by being served with awful jelly-type jam and a dollop of cream - one small bowl between 3 of us. Also, a strange number, 3 people for tea and 4 scones and 1 ginger muffin. We were at one stage offered more scones but they never appeared. Anyway, on it went and all I can say is whoever devised this tea has no idea what tea should be like or had visited an establishment that served a first class tea - may I suggest he visits the Athenaeum or such like. Would I go again, no. Would I recommend it, definitely not.

Alfresco dinning at it's best and a spectacular view of the Thames. The food and service is spectacular and the hotel is state of the art. I would definitely come again and again to this wonderful restaurant.
