This has to be one of the best value dining experiences in London. We had 3 courses & prosecco with £10 casino chip for £20. We agreed we'd have been more than happy to pay a la carte prices for the food: the steak was the best I've had in a long time!

Arrived and was seen straight to our table, service was excellent, and though this is a basic package deal we enjoyed the meal which was plenty for us, and then won the cost back on the table with the free chips they gave us. The main menu looked very reasonable too and we were tempted to maybe just go a la carte. The environment is busy not not chaotic with the casino below it has a good feel about and we felt very comfortable there

Food was excellent, and getting some free casino chips meant I ended up not spending much at all with a little luck at roulette!
When we arrived, finding the restaurant desk was difficult, having eventually found it at the other end of the bar, our table wasn't ready at our booked time. We had to wait for just over half an hour before we could sit.
Waiting staff were very friendly, if not excessively attentive. Our waitress came back to check if each course was OK within a minute each time.
Our main course took about an hour to arrive, which they apologised for, and kindly took 10% off the bill and ignored the usual 1.5 hour maximum time for a table of two.
Steak wasn't bad, and the starters we had were a little pretentious. The sauces with the starters were over flavoured and too sweet. My partner had a chicken pâté, which unexpectedly came with an overly sweet creme brulé coating. Interesting idea, but wasn't subtle enough to still enjoy the pâté we actually wanted.
Gambling on the floor was intimidating, but after finally getting to grips with it, we made a little profit! The tokens are 5p tokens, which means you can cash them in for 10p per person of you want immediately. But if you play them on the tables, they're worth £5. So start betting with them to try and turn them into normal house chips, which you can then cash in! Roulette usually has an "outer" limit of £10, so you might need to place all your chips on red/black and get very lucky to keep going!

Food was pretty good, environment is intimidating but glitzy. Gambling a little was a novelty, but was fascinating to briefly mingle with people throwing away thousands of pounds.

Dined at the Heliot last night after booking a star deal through bookatable. The restaurant, casino, everything is beautiful. We had a table overlooking the gaming floor and it was lovely watching whilst we ate. The service was fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. We had the surf and turf which came with a glass of proseeco and £10 of gaming chips each. The steaks were so juicy and full of flavour and portion sizes just right. Would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant. The food itself was a little variable although my steak and the scallops starter were delicious, what really made the evening special was the ambiance and the quality of the service. We were made to feel exceptionally welcome and the waitress was delightful. The meal was very good value overall with £10 worth of gaming chips included. Almost the best part of the evening was the cabaret show which was amazingly professional and fun. So thank you Heliot's, we will be back!

I took my auntie here for her birthday, we had the star deal and the food was lovely (especially the steak which was cooked exactly to our requirements). We had a free glass of prosecco which was a nice touch and the staff were very friendly and tentative throughout the meal which made the whole experience more enjoyable.
The free casino chips surprisingly lasted us longer than we thought (not having much experience in casinos!) and was a great way to finish the evening. Would recommend and would go again!
