Inspired by the glamorous allure of lion tamer Claire Heliot, the first floor Heliot Steakhouse offers panoramic views of the main gaming floor, where guests can enjoy a bespoke menu of exciting twists on British classics.
Taking inspiration from the site’s illustrious heritage, head chef Barry Vera pays homage to the spectacular Hippodrome with an exciting menu, featuring some of the best value USDA prime steaks in London, and fabulous classic dishes. Trusty favourites are given a swirl of luxury, like lobster fish fingers with triple-cooked chips, or veal & marjoram meatballs with homemade spaghetti. Classics like fruity peach Melba are served on the Heliot menu, while crispy date cigars with zesty lemon curd offer a quirky twist for dessert. Heliot Steakhouse is open every evening, and offers a superb roast on Saturdays and Sundays.
