We were a party of four and had a wonderful time at the Palm Court, Sheraton Park Lane. The staff were excellent and to be treated to an additional 'round' of champagne was exceptional. The music provided by the Harpist helped create a truly marvellous atmosphere. We can't wait to find a suitable excuse to make a return visit.

Lovely quiet setting the harpist was very good. The service was quite slow and clunky, you had no dedicated server so often spent more than five minutes waving at various staff to get their attention. The food looked amazing and the bread felt fresh. The flavours of the sandwiches however were not great. The cakes looked nice again but the flavourings were not great. We were advised we could ask for more of anything but as stated above trying to gain somebodies attention to get this if you wanted to was an issue. The water for the tea was not boiling meaning you were drinking luke warm tea. The scones were cold a big no no for me. Overall I felt this did not represent value for money in comparison to other London Afternoon Teas I have attended.

We had afternoon tea and everything about the experience was amazing! The food, hotel, atmosphere contributed to a lovely afternoon. The lady playing the harp was an absolute bonus and gave an extra dimension to the experience. Will definitely be returning! I can only recommend for afternoon tea as that is all I have had but I will be trying lunch and dinner sometime soon...!

Scones excellent, sandwiches good selection and flavours, cakes decorative but some very sweet lacking flavour, coffee good (first cup served too cool) and standard tea very poor - this may be to ensure that promoted speciality teas are chosen more often

An excellent afternoon tea at Park Lane Hotel. Went with 2 friends as an early birthday celebration and it was a most relaxing afternoon with the harpist playing in the background and the most attentive staff. We had Daniel and a lovely young lady (name began with M...sorry can't remember her name). They both were able to answer our questions and recommend the teas expertly. The sandwiches and scones were delicious but of course my favourite was the cakes and pastries that was offered on abundance. Would definitely recommend regardless of age group, its an experience not to be missed. Though we got a discount I would definitely pay the full price. Thank you to all staff.

Absolutely delightful, couldn't have enjoyed it more. All aspects were top notch. The finger sandwiches - beautiful. The scones - superb. The cakes - light and delicate. The staff are so friendly and make you very welcome. Washed with a bottle of bubbly then of to the theatre, what fun.
