We had a lovely afternoon tea , the hotel atmosphere was very chilled with beautiful harp being played. The staff were attentive and food was lovely especially the sandwiches very nice combinations. Plenty of cakes to have and lovely tea.

A very enjoyable afternoon. Good ambience, food, excellent selection of teas and an efficient and friendly service.
I love Art Deco so the Palm Court was for me the ideal venue for Afternoon Tea.
The only surprise is that we were not greeted by a Maitre de at the entrance and had to look for a member of staff. All other hotels I have visited I have been welcomed by a Maitre d.

It was a really nice experience. It was my daughter's 21st birthday and the staff made it very special. All staff were very nice and friendly including the lady who played the harp. We are vegetarians and I don't eat eggs either so they prepared special food for me, which was very nice. The staff worked professionally. I would go there again without hesitation.
