Went with my mum for lunch. Amazing views, very cosy and intimate. Absolutely loved the 5 dish offer for 28 pounds since it gives big variety and the quality is just superb. Will definitely come back soon

5 Dim Sam dishes were tasty and satisfying. Although I would have been glad had there been a salad or some green vegetable as a choice option, It was lacking in the meal experience. Everything else was exciting, the view, the restaurant interior. Visit the toilet not to miss the vantage point.

The restaurant is a small part of the overall experience, the theatre of the lift and the actual venue is wonderful, seeing the viewes as you walk from the lift is breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful and my colleagues dietary requirements (Glten and dairy intolerance) were quickly dealt with. The Dim Sum lunch was immense, and I confess I struggled to eat the 5 lovely packages. My companion had the minced beef, which she pronounced as excellent. we were seated by a window with fantastic views, all in all an amazing and unforgetable experience

Hi there.
As I couldn´t find any email on the Hutong website, I´m sending this email to you, to let you know my feedback about my dinner last night at Hutong restaurant.

1. When I did my booking for 3rd September at 22:30 there was a space giving me the oportunity to ask for any special information or request and I wrote it there. It was saying that I wanted to have a table by the window because supose to be a special ocassion.
When my partner and I arrived to the restaurant and you gave me the table, I get inmediatly surprise. We get a table under a three. My reaction was like this is not what I requested it. Fortunately there was a free table by the window, I had to ask politely to the waiter if we can move to the free one. The guy had to ask to reception to check if is possible. If is possible what? the request that you were asking me to do? That moment was QUITE embarrassing for my and my guest.

Why you giving to your clients the chance to do requests if you not going to accomplish?

2. The service was devastating. We were ordering drinks ( 2 glasses of wine) and some food. What we get? A dusty rossé wine glass. Where is the second one? God knows...
Finally the food has come, but, problems again. You served the food for me, but we came 2 people. You forgot my guest, thanks again. After, lets say 10 minutes, my partner stated to eat, when I was finishing.

Do you think that this is a kind of proper costumer service? I´m sorry but I have to say that your prices doesn´t go with the costumer service that you provided.
If somebody asking me about the restaurant, I just can say: Amazing views.

Thank you.
