The venue is very stylish, the restaurant staff were excellent at their job and very attentive without being inappropriately so. They gave us very informed advice on the food and drink choices to help support a very enjoyable evening. The food was lovely. The cocktails and wine choice were great. The only negative was that we went to the lounge/club after the meal for a drink, having stood at the bar for more than 10 minutes we were still not served. We returned to the bar in the restaurant and it was so busy we were still not served after having sat at the bar for approx 15 minutes. It was really busy so perhaps some management refocus to support that area at that time of the evening (approx 11pm). Lovely night, food amazing and serve wonderful in the restaurant. I would go back. I would recommend to a friend.

Fabulous restaurant with a clubby feel . Music was not too loud but had a great atmosphere. Staff were attentive and the new general manager made us feel very welcome spending time chatting with us at the bar and at our table .

The food was nice when it finally came. We went for the pre theatre menu and the theatre was 10 meters from the restaurant, however we were late for the show and missed the beginning, despite pushing. Very disappointing as it was a birthday present for my mum and dad.( show was brilliant). We had to push the staff for our food on 6 different occasions and they did not seem to have any consideration for our requirements. If you can't carry out a pre theatre service don't offer it. I would like to point out that we left 1 hour 30 mins to eat so we were not being unreasonable. I would say that the food was good, not mind blowing but perfectly nice. I think it is a circumstance where their reputation has made them too pompous and they have forgotten to be adaptable. The staff were quite nice but overall a sense of a lack of control and organisation shine through would not go back many much better options that are more approachable.

I was quite disappointed with the food, the miso cod fillet was small and contained bones and the food quality was average. The champagne served was flat.

The service was very odd, ie. being offered to buy another bottle of water at the end of the meal? The restaurant has 6 menus and we had our menu mixed up during the meal. The food was ok, the back ground music is like a club and loud.
