Grado is the creation of celebrity chef Paul Heathcote who was inspired after spending time in Spain to bring the regional food and drink of the country to the heart of Manchester. Watch chefs prepare your meal in the open kitchen as you relax in the light airy wood interior. The menu ranges from tapas such as Razor Clams with Chorizo (£6.50), White Gazpacho (£3) to daily spit roasts (£13.95) such as Suckling Pig and Salt Baked Sea Bream. Mains include Crispy Pork Belly and Braised rabbit with Rioja (both at £17.95) whilst veggies can tuck into a Vegetarian Paella (£12). Desserts include Saffron Ice Cream with Strawberries (£5.50) and a selection of Spanish cheeses (£8.50). There's a 100 bin wine list as well as sherry and cavas all 100% Spanish.
