At The Fine Dining Rooms on Vincent Square, N-Ice Restaurant is the world’s first pop-up restaurant to specialise in frozen gourmet cuisine. This innovative dining venture celebrates signature dishes from Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar, and celebrity chefs Simon Rimmer and Galton Blackiston.
An ethereal ice-themed palace, N-Ice pop-up restaurant features frozen trees, frosted sculptures and delicate snowflake designs. Delectable cuisine is cooked using frozen ingredients, including fine herbs and succulent steaks. The N-Ice concept challenges the stigma associated with frozen food, by producing exquisitely crafted cuisine.
Signature dishes at N-Ice include Atul’s Kashmiri lamb curry from the Michelin starred London gem, Benares restaurant. Diners at N-Ice London will be invited to make a minimum donation of £10 for a 3-course meal and £10 for a bottle of wine. All proceeds will go to the award-winning Westminster Kingsway College culinary arts school!
