The Ringhotel Sellhorn is a family-owned business run by the Dierksen family for six generations. It has managed to retain rustic comfort and warm hospitality along with other traditions. Guests can dine in homely inn rooms, hunting-style lounges or the elegant light-flooded dining rooms. Everything that comes out of the kitchen is fresh and home-made. Ingredients are sourced locally and recipes draw inspiration from regional cuisine. The menu includes everything from baked potatoes with fried egg to rare rump steak. Separate dining areas and special menus are available for parties of up to 80 people

Absolutes Top Restaurant-Hotel !!

Das Restaurant befand sich bei unserem Essen im Umbau. Weg von den traditionellen Möbel auf zum modernen Ambiente. Wurde auch Zeit !!!

Wir hatten wie auch schon in den Vorjahren das Schlemmer-Sommer-Menü von Hamburg Kulinarisch und waren mit der Qualität der Speisen und dem Service erneut sehr zufrieden. Schöner Innenhof im Sommer zum Draußensitzen !
