The Justine restaurant, a culinary workshop, is found in the heart of the 14th arrondissement. The restaurant has a clam and relaxed air and is located in the Meridien Hotel. The décor features many exhibits from local Parisian artists and sculptors and is a contemporary space. Chef Jean-Luc Reymond delivers a good range of high quality flavours in his tasty collection of traditional dishes (duck liver pâté, Fort des Halles tartar, pan fried langoustines and spaghetti with pesto). Thanks to Reymond's numerous travels, his cuisine is full of taste and is simple yet delicious. The restaurant also offers a fabulous selection of the finest cheeses as well as the most irresistible sweets made by the Pâtissier Gerard Biscaut. Don't forget to try the Baby Brunch where each week offers a different theme and young and old are invited along to enjoy a delicious buffet.
