Diwan is located in the Östermalm district and serves Indo-Persian dishes. The decor is inspired by the Orient with Persian rugs on the floor and paintings with authentic motifs on the wall.

Diwan's menu features Indian and Persian dishes that combine well to create new flavours. They are served at both lunch and dinner in the form of rich stews or grilled dishes, and are complemented with a selection of sides and desserts. The design of Diwan accompanies the food, with silk-covered sofas, hanging lamps and exotic Oriental Indo-Persian details on the walls.

Diwan is right next to Tessinparken, and the southern part of the park is shaped in a contemporary baroque style with plants, gravel paths and a fountain. The northern part is in a more modern style with Egon Möller - Nielsen's play sculpture egg and a splash pool. Diwan in Stockholm is located near metro station, Karlaplan.
