In the exclusive London neighbourhood of Mayfair, sketch Gallery presents an impressive gastronomic dining experience. The restaurant spans over 4 spaces, serving everything from afternoon teas to exquisite European cuisine.
The Gallery, a unique and vibrant gastro-brasserie, lies at the heart of sketch. Conceived by visual artist and Turner Prize nominee David Shrigley, the latest exhibit features farcical, amusing drawings as an artistic backdrop. The imaginative menu is devised by French Master Chef Pierre Gagnaire, and award-winning wines and fabulous service will ensure a magical dining experience. Exclusively at weekends, the Gallery will also host sketch's enchanting afternoon teas.
sketch – Mayfair features multiple dining areas, each one offering a sophisticated and unique haven in which to enjoy delectable dishes. The 2 Michelin-starred and 5 AA Rosette award-winning Lecture Room & Library is a stunning fine dining room, whilst The Glade exudes an ambience of an enchanted fairy tale forest serving afternoon tea and cocktails at night. The Parlour presents a quirky alternative, with Louis XV seating throughout, and serves breakfast, comfort food and teas.

The best was the decoration and ambience.It is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been in terms ambience and decoration. The food is very mediocre and very expensive.

Vid ankomst blev vi frågade om vi kommit till rätt resturang. Tyckte maten saknade lite salt annars god! Blev stressigt då vi hade 6 olika servitörer som inte höll koll på vad som beställts eller om någon hade tagit vår beställning. Två servitörer stod bredvid oss och diskuterade vad dem två hade tagit beställning på och vad som hade kommit ut från köket. Blev väldigt stressigt. Alla som jobbade med serveringen var väldigt vänliga och serviceminded.

Food was superb. Service was odd...excellence then dessert and obtaining the bill was rather difficult. Pretty decor. We were sat by the kitchen entrance so the door slammed throughout our dining experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ended up not even having dinner. I am vegetarian and the quality of food was way below at least a regular standard. It took about 1 hour to get our food. Some confusion happened on their part. Ended up leaving about 2 hours and a half later. Honestly just wouldn’t recommend this place. They are just so focused on being “instagrammable” that they forgot to focus on the food. Granted, the manager did apologised and did not charge me for my lack of food but it was still just an awful experience.
