Winner of 2 AA Rosettes, the luxurious Tylney Hall Hotel boasts a stunning Grade II-listed setting. Overlooking 66 acres of Hampshire parkland, this Victorian country house serves classic British cuisine including fulsome Sunday lunches and afternoon teas.
The seasonal Tylney Hall Hotel menu uses the finest British produce, including succulent Gressingham duck, Buccleuch Scottish beef and Dover sole. Homemade pumpkin and sage ravioli with toasted chestnuts is just one of its luxurious vegetarian dishes.
Tlyney Hall's quintessential English setting is perfect for Sunday roasts with tempting desserts like rhubarb crème brulee and almond biscotti. Alternatively, end your meal with distinctive cheeses made in the southern counties, including Hampshire Rose, or a selection from the extensive wine list.
A stunning domed dining room is lavishly styled, with the restaurant's full length windows affording beautiful views of the grounds. Tylney Hall Hotel is a 6-minute drive from Hook Train Station.

Lovely food, great service. Very friendly and accommodating to a Gluten free requirement. Very much a 5 star experience.

An excellent evening. The food was great and staff really attentive but not too over the top.

It was very easy to book. We were very well looked after. The food and service were both lovely. We know some of the staff well and it was lovely to see them again. As always, it has been a pleasure for us to have dined at Tylney Hall. The setting is so lovely.

I had booked a table for four at a 2pm sitting for a 20th Anniversary meal. The meal was excellent but the after service was appalling. We decided that we’d like to go for a short walk around the grounds before returning to have coffee and were asked to pay before we did so, but the bill wouldn’t include the coffee. Whilst this was unusual we did as requested. On our return to the hotel after about ten minutes it quickly became obvious that there was nowhere for us to sit to have our coffee, were told that we couldn’t return to our table but, if we wanted to stand in reception, then there might be something in around thirty minutes. We obviously decided to leave but it was an embarrassing end to what started off so well. If you do decide to visit then I would advise you to not leave your table until you’ve completely finished because, once you’ve paid, you’ll find that you’re no longer welcome and the service stops. I had chosen to come to Tylney as it had been recommended to us, and was closer than our usual Cliveden House, but unfortunately it failed to live up to expectations.

We had a great meal here last night. The Venison was well cooked as was the risotto and curried chicken, so delicious! All the little touches such as the amuse bouche and appetizer were also delicious and a lovely, peaceful, elegant ambience with the piano playing in the corner. Service was personable without being intrusive, very high quality. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
