Really friendly and lovely staff, but rushed off their feet and three times orders / dishes didn't come and no acknowledgement or apology. Thankfully the staff were generally kind, so and we could see they were struggling, so didn't want to give them a hard time.

very cramped with a door to the outside tables constantly left open causing a cold draught. Food up to Prezzo standards but everything too fast and not relaxed. The Pellegrini bottled water served up at room temperature ! - had to ask for lots of ice to cool it. Staff polite.
