Very poor service, waiting 20 mins before asked for food, another 40 min for starters for kids to arrive then another 50 min for main to come at that point we decided to leave as the pizza that came for my partner wasn’t even the right one

It was good as the booking accommodated a table for a large group. Booking was easily done online. We ordered our food but some came on time, but my meal and another guests camewas so late that it came after everyone else had finished and I was really disappointed as it was my birthday meal!! However the lady who served us was excellent, apologised, and made adjustments to our bill to accommodate this. Another guests food was burnt and has to be sent back to the kitchen.

Having eaten at prezzo many times I was very disappointed that the regular pizza have been replaced by insecure ones. I had ordered the mushroom vegan pizza and it was vile I could not eat it but the regular mushroom pizza was an option. Over all disappointed evening.
