Friendly & attentive Staff. Tables well spaced. Unfortunately it was very nosy & we had a job to hear due to staff wearing masks, they had to repeat often, but we fully understood the situation. Food was really hot & tasty, thoroughly enjoyed.

Visited Prezzo post lockdown and felt very safe. Staff member explained very clearly about the ‘new style’ of dining and one way system inside restaurant, etc. Tables are spaced well. My friend and I chose to sit outside as it was a pleasant day. Food was delicious. Service attentive. Staff knew what they were doing. My only comment for other visitors to be aware of is if you visit the bathroom, because it is a tight space, you may want to wait outside if there is 2 people already using the facilities. When I entered I had it to myself, but I would imagine as people become more confident to eat out, it will of course get busier. I didn’t notice a sign restricting how many people entered, so this may be a way forward for visitor’s peace of mind and wellbeing?

Starter came with main course after prompting not cooked enough. We had to reask for water and then our 10 year old was given a wine glass to have it in and had to ask for a tumbler. We had to keep asking waitress over as there was no courtesy call to see if things were OK either. It wasn't even that busy. Disappointing
