Helpful, charming staff Food not so good Salad with chicken and avocado - chicken tough and stringy ( tasted like it had been in the freezer for a month) only two narrow pieces of avocado and shop bought croutons - all left on side of dish My companion found the dressing with her salad sharp and sour The food here used to be so much better

Lovely clean restaurant with a welcoming feel. Very efficient and friendly staff, Very clean toilets. Excellent meal and a good portion size.

A great example of the Prezzo chain. The service here is exceptional and the atmosphere is really nice. Gets quiet by 9pm though so best to eat around 7 if you like a lively restaurant :-)

warm welcome the food was very good Service a bit hit and miss on this occasion had to request a jug of tap water twice there was an inordinate wait between stater and main courses had to call a server over to say there was a delay probably about 20/30 mins Most unusual for Prezzo normally very good no explanation offered when mains arrived not a busy at the time of our visit don’t get me wrong the food was up to usual standard and very good will visit again

Food was ok but service extremely slow.

Excellent meal, friendly service had a lovely family meal.
