Fantastic food, as usual on all Zizzi, but light speed service, which was very useful

Waiter staff were very professional. However food quality was very poor. King Prawn linguine - pasta overcooked. tasty but only 6 prawns too Mixed sharing platter cost over £15 but was basically lots of variations of bread and some chicken and pepper skewers. The skewers were returned as one stick only had 2 pieces of chicken and the other had 4. When these were replaced the chicken was clearly previously frozen and was rubbery and tasteless. Very disappointed with quality of food.

We had a free bottle of prosecco voucher to use, however the manager said that the till did not recognise the code. We then used the one free glass of prosecco instead. We spoke to another member of staff who said that if we put our mains through the till, the bottle of prosecco voucher would work. This meant that we were forced to pay for the glass (£5) because the manager didn’t know the t&c properly. Disappointed with this.
