The eye-catching, sloped red tiles of The Nightingale mark it as a pretty country pub, situated near Worcester. Serving an accomplished menu of British favourites, the pub is adorned with rustic features, such as the classic brick hearth, wooden furniture and traditional trinkets. Your food can be savoured from the warm log-fire in winter, or in the al fresco garden with beautiful views of the surrounding country in better weather.

Signature Vintage pies offer fillings like beef & merlot with buttered peas, while The Nightingale ‘Vintage classics’ menu includes lemon & garlic-roasted chicken with seasoned chips.
Paying homage to the Great British pub, the Vintage Inn bar stock includes cask-conditioned beers, real ales and a meticulously compiled wine list. Thirst-quenching offerings include seasonal non-alcoholic cocktails and freshly-pressed juices, and rich coffee is brewed freshly throughout the day.

Dreadful Sunday Lunch!! My Sisters came over from France so I thought we could have a traditional Sunday Roast....nothing like! The whole meal meal was barely warm, the advertised ruffled roast potatoes were obviously frozen baby potatoes which were only half cooked and pale, nothing like the photo. The roast sirloin of beef was two thin slices of gristle beef (about the size of bacon rashers), also cold, cold savoy cabbage and virtually raw carrots. The 'as much as you want gravy' was the only thing hot but dinner was almost finished by the time the refills arrived. I complained to the waitress saying the whole meal was dreadful, she simply said she would pass on my comments... no-one came back to me? Overall a disgusting disappointing meal for £12.50 !! We paid and left.

The restaurant looked stunning. Quirky flowers and vases on all the tables. Food and service was excellent. I had the fish finger sandwich. Came in a chunky rustic roll with a bowl of skinny fries, delicious.
