    Food was average at best, service poor and slow. No explanation of dishes served. Main course was not properly hot. Plate not pre heated. For 1 Michelin star very poor. Wouldn’t recommend. Will publish full review online at a later stage. Best avoid.

    Wonderful food and great service, the mackerel starter was a revelation and so light and refreshing. Home made focaccia stunning ( very morish!) and the grouse was also exceptional according to my husband. Wine list by the glass had some great choices —- overall couldn’t fault it and COVID wise absolutely felt safe and all the right measures in place without feeling overwhelming.

    Lovely relaxed lunch with great food and service in spacious dining room area. Attentive management. Well worth a trip to Petersham for fine dining.

    Warm welcome, excellent ambiance & pleasant decor. The waiting staff were attentive but not overly so. Food & wine both excellent with a good choice.
