Arviot Laureate Restaurant at Macdonald Kilhey Court Hotel

The food was excellent. I had the battered fish & chips which was a good portion and very tasty. The hotel had it set out extremely well to keep everyone safe. The service was very good. The sticky toffee pudding was the best I have tasted. My only negative was I thought it was very expensive for what we had.

We couldn’t fault the food, it was excellent value at £6.95 for 2 courses. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely views from the restaurant overlooking the gardens. Will definitely return.

Surrounding wonderful, staff pleasant and helpful. Food disappointing. Steak was tough and under cooked but vegetables were perfect. The drinks prices were exhaubitant.
