Light starters include poached hen's egg on a toasted muffin with John Ross smoked salmon and parsley hollandaise, moving on to hearty mains like roast rump of new seasonal lamb with minted mashed potatoes, buttered snow peas and onion marmalade sauce. Mediterranean flavours also feature, with king prawn and crab linguine, and the vegetarian spinach and ricotta ravioli.
