Food was okay. Arrived a little cold because the waitress was busy serving slow customers and kept walking passed our plates. Chef had left the food on the counter without anything to keep the them warm. It took 2 hours between ordering, eating and our plates to be taken away. At which point we decided against desert. Waitress ignored us. Voucher had expired (our own fault not Prezzo). Rounded the evening off as far less than a success. The folded pizza we ordered came spicy when we asked for the none spicy version. Without a waitress in sight we just accepted it after waiting so long to eat. The drinks are over priced.

Food was lovely, but service very slow. Waited to be seen when we walked in for 5 minutes without acknowledgement. Took 20 minutes for food and drink orders to be taken. Starters arrived before drinks and after asking for the bill we were forgotten about for twenty minutes until I asked for the bill a second time. Restaurant was clearly understaffed for a Saturday evening.

Opted for set summer menu which was delicious, albeit slow coming. Asked for 2 more glasses of wine and coffee afterwards . Bill came having used a voucher and was over-charged. Was advised that voucher not available for deals but that wasn’t mentioned on the voucher terms and conditions...in fairness manager adjusted and payment as expected made. Service was very slow but they were busy and I had a great catch up with a friend. Food was tasty and wine also.

Service very slow, one of the pizzas was warm to cold as it had been standing for a while. There was a lack of staff, perhaps also a trainee chef. One of the waitresses was trying her hardest the others were not really trying. Overall there was a lack of management leaving a very poor overall experience. Considering that the food is not that cheap in Prezzo any more, have got better service and quality at Morrisons and that is over 50% cheaper. Might be a long time before we consider Prezzo again!
