Booked here as dog friendly ?? The bar was empty apart from the I assume Manager who was on the phone to his Boss for quite a while. Although after a shouted confirmation to my Son of what he wanted he swiftly put the phone on the bar and served us. Our friends arrived and we ordered food and I must say I was pleasantly surprised the menu offered lots of variety from vegan to full on burger etc. Lots of lovely Cawston Presses to drink! The bar staff were affable and dry humoured which was great! Recommend it..... Note there is only 1 very small toilet upstairs but there are more downstairs. Lovely unrushed eclectic whilst rustic lunch.....PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE! Look towards church and park there
