We chose this because we were going to the City Hall and it's just across the road but wouldn't rush back. I ordered cheeseburger and chips and it was definately not worth the money neither was my daughter's chicken wrap, it wouldn't have filled a hole in your tooth! Mum had to send back her spaghetti bolognaise because it was cold and waited 10 minutes to get a new one, she only wanted it put in the microwave for 30 seconds! Also, it was £3.15 for a diet pepsi, scandalous! Staff were nice but food left a lot to be desired.

We normally like Frankie And Bennys for a quick meal before going out while in town. This time however, we wer dissapointed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price. We felt that , even with the midweek offer, it was expensive for what was like very average cafe type food. Paying £13 for a simple burger and half a dozen fries, with no effort with presentation is a lot. A pizza that was really doughy with a skim of cheese and a hint of tomato was also disappointing. It was very busy, but the service was OK considering this, but not special, with us having to ask for everything and some things taking a long time or not showing up at all. This was the worst experience we have had at a Frankie and Bennys, and will probably mean we will eat elsewhere next time.

Food was nice but certainly not worth their increased prices and smaller portions - £13 for a burger ? We have been loyal customers but can get better value for money elsewhere
