Food was really good but service was very very slow.

The food was very nice but the service was poor which led to a loss of sales for the restaurant and disappointed diners, we were not the only people frustrated by this. After placing our order the meals were served in good time but no one came to ask if everything was OK or to see if we wanted anything else, we finished our drinks mid meal and would happily have ordered more but could not find anyone to do so. Plates were cleared eventually and desserts ordered but after finishing these and waiting over 10 minutes to see someone I eventually went to the bar to get a bill so that we could leave, the table next to us did the same thing as did others that I could see from where we were sitting. It would appear that there were not enough people working

Service in Fleet is excellent. Also the honesty of the Staff. Left my brand new phone on my table. It was returned to me next morning - excellent. This coupled to the use of my Defence Discount Card for a very generous discount makes every visit great. Thanks to the Company & Staff.

Lovely restaurant and great service

Poor. I was left standing at the entrance for a good ten minutes. Service was slow, restaurant was SOOOO noisy.... Wait staff were surly..... Food was good.
