Great friendly service, particularly enjoyed the vegetarian & vegan menu

Service was poor. We waited for too long for our order to be taken. My granddaughter has a nut allergy and when my daughter went to ask about the suitability of the dishes she was told 'she would have to ask again later' as the waitress to busy to find out. She found the manager who apologised for the rudeness of the member of staff and was helpful and answered her question. The food was ok, however some of my guests were disappointed that chicken was off the menu. We were told there would be an additional 40 minute wait if we wanted that. Overall I would recommend the food but didn't enjoy the experience.
