Eaten here a few times now and food is always delicious. The layout of this branch is modern clean and well set out. The spaghetti meatballs al forno is top notch. My one negative is lack on restaurant music last 2 visits was very quiet and this time staff must have overheard us make reference to it and increased volume but sadly was more like pub than restaurant ambience. Food was hot fresh (although slightly rushed between courses as only people in on Tuesday night).

Manageress really didn't want to be there never cracked a smile all the time we were there. My Calzone was probably the most expensive piece of pizza dough I've ever bought as I had to hunt for the filling. We had a group of 10 and they completely forgot one meal and delivered one of the side dishes as they were clearing up the main course plates it was so late. Didn't ask just bought a beer over in apology to the person they forgot only to find he was driving so didn't want the drink, unbelievably no apology. Genuinely appalling meal out only saved by the decent company we had, we eat out regularly through work and won't be repeating this venue. Given 1 star as unable to score as a zero.

The table was waiting for us despite being 15 minutes late. The staff were attentive and looked after us well.

Service was good even though they were very busy. We thought a couple of the mains could have been hotter, think perhaps they were sitting too long waiting either for risotto to be ready as it was piping hot.

Me and my husband enjoyed our 3 course dinner! There was a confusion with the drinks as the first waitress we had, she ok’d us swapping the glass of wine for a pint instead but then soon got told it wasn’t allowed the second time by a different waitress, thankfully she did ok this! That was the only downer on the meal with that confusion what went on. The young lad who served us for the rest of the time, was spot on, and very accommodating. Very friendly service from him. I’m sure we will go back to the prezzos but perhaps no rush.
