Was cancelled due to kitchen flooding. Rebooked for us at Trentham and was excellent

We traveled from Worcester to meet family travelling from Blackpool the food and service very good but very disappointed with the ladys toilet they was very dirty and on the top of the system was thick of dust having had a few drinks we had to travel to the nearest service station to use toilet I did mention this to manager but she didn't rush to get this sorted still seating people at tables it seems a shame that a simple task can let down the hard work by all the staff May conside another venue for the future

We had the carvery. Lovely meal. Lots of choice but had end of the beef which was tough and hard. Could have been hotter but had worse. Not enough staff. Had to wait a while to be seated as no staff around. Will definitely go again. Carvery excellent value for money.
