A ground-breaking dining concept from chef Tom Sellers, Michelin-starred Restaurant Story offers statement British flavours, with a focus on forgotten ingredients. Sellers brings culinary expertise from working in some of the world’s best kitchens including Noma, with Rene Redzepi, and The French Laundry, with Thomas Keller.
Brimming with rich, complex flavours and modern twists, the Story menu features inventive, playful dishes and classic combinations to evoke memories and spark conversation. Enjoy bold seasonal dishes of foie gras with gooseberry and turnip or lamb with green tomato. Fun twists at Restaurant Story near London Bridge may include tomato and vanilla snail ravioli, or potato with apricot and coal.

Simply amazing. Possibly the best food I have ever tasted. The service, expertise of the staff, the taste of the food combinations and the theatre of the whole thing were phenomenal.

Excellent from first bite to the last! Food was amazing-theatrical but food surpassed the theatrics, absolutely delicious!

All together a really pleasurable evening. The weather was abysmal but all of the staff did their best to get people warm and dry and help them relax into the evening. The food came at a good pace and each dish was well presented both in terms of look but also the exaplanation of the dish and the origin of its design.
