From Mathieu Germond, the former co-owner and manager of Michelin-starred Pied à Terre, Noizé brings rustic French food to Fitzrovia. Named after the French village where Mathieu’s grandparents ran a farm, expect bold, seasonal dishes and a considered wine list.
The flavour-rich Noizé menu begins with the likes of beetroot with goats’ curd and walnut, and pickled vegetables with saffron rouille. Sourcing ingredients from independent suppliers, and changing with the seasons, main dishes may include sea bass with clams and smoked emulsion, partridge with celeriac, or short rib with potatoes and shallots.
Desserts are just as enticing, with a warm rice pudding with figs and almonds, and a chocolate mousse with hazelnuts amongst the options. A broad wine list is also on hand to complement any dish on the menu, and guests can bring their own for a small corkage fee.

One of the best meals. The food fresh, tasty, pleasurable. My husband and I loved it so much he did go back for lunch this past Friday. The sweet breads divine. The stone bass amazing. Sumptuous wine. The setting and spacing of the tables is customer friendly. We have already recommended Noize to many of our friends. This Tuesday my husband Tom Waldeck will be back in London for the day, and has a memorial service to attend at wigmore hall at 1 PM. Another excellent evening at Noize. The welcome, food, wine list and service are everything you would want from a really good restaurant. No pretense or gimmicks, it is the kind of place you would return to again and again. Well done!

We ate some delivious food :octopus , quail ,cod and mussels and suckling pig . We chose to drink wines by the glass and the amazing sommelier matched wines to each course . Incredibly good value for central London. A fabulous evening
