Service was rather slow and the restaurant was not that busy.

Service is good, staff are attentive but not pushy. Food is good value for money. Service was a bit slow when restaurant was full.

The food was ok but the service was really slow. We were there for two and a half hours and had to leave before our desserts arrived (after waiting more than 30 minutes) as we had a train to catch.

Service was really slow, I had asked for a glass of water 5 times and still didn’t receive it and the meals came out late! Love this restaurant but just not the westfield one. Poor service

We have been here many times and always had good service and food. We prefer to sit in the outside part of the Restaurant as it is quieter. Although we were late arriving for the time our table was booked (due to unforeseen circumstances) our table had been held which was much appreciated as they were very busy as it was Saturday evening.
