Alternatively, the luxurious Parisian-inspired dining area has a cosier yet elegant ambience with intricate detail lining the walls and boutique-style furniture. Here, the Ladurée menu provides a range of exquisite dishes such as salade concorde and velvety winter velouté.

Great and convenient place to visit for a break. Used this location for refreshments and a business meeting. Too loud for a meeting. I had to ask them to turn down the mainstream pop music that was being broadcasted. although the place was nearly empty at that time fo the day, the staff were not very conscience of where we were sitting and as a result we had to wait long before we had been seen and served.

The servers had no information of my reservation, however they found a seat for me and my friend. the restaurant was busy and there was only one person taking orders. The waitress didn't see confident in what she was doing, the service was very average, not what I would expect from Harrods. The décor is decadent , absolutely gorgeous. However they cram the table into a very small space which (esp. when its busy) takes away from the vibe. We ordered the high Tea, the sandwiches , scones and cakes were delicious!

Definitely important to make the reservation in advance, the restaurant was packed during the Christmas holidays. Service was slow since it was so crowded.
