    Not a pleasant experience. I presented your voucher when we arrived, we were seated, given menus...the wrong menus as the menu with the deal is tiny in comparison to the full one. Thank goodness we checked. The starter was fine but as were eating they brought the main course over and asked if we wanted to to take it back where I presume it sat on a table or serving ledge until we had finished starters. When they brought them over, they were cool and my burger was dry and unappetising, some limp lettuce and tomatoes, sweet potato fries (which I had to pay extra for) were the nicest things. Asked for the bill, it came without the offer, luckily we noticed. We’re then told we had to pay and leave as the bar was closing at 9.30! This is the centre of Bath...we couldn’t believe it. Absolutely awful..will never return.
