Located on Manchester’s popular Portland Street, Buffet City Restaurant sits on the edge of the city’s Chinatown. Offering contemporary Chinese cuisine with fusion flavours, the buffet restaurant takes you on a sensory journey.
Buffet City Restaurant in Manchester offers a huge variety of dishes, from Japanese teppanyaki recipes to dishes from the regions of China. Take advantage of the tasting kitchen, which offers dishes from around the world, such as mini burgers and chilli con carne. There is also a huge range of bite-sized desserts to sink your teeth into.

Food was ok but it lacked choice as it was quite limited during lunch time.

Very nice restaurant. Very modern looking and clean. I enjoyed the live cooking, and all the food the had on offer. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Very good value for money.

Staff were really nice. food was the worst I've had and i felt ill after, drinks were nice and over didnt enjoy the experience. I think the food standards need to be a lot better as main food and desserts were horrible. I wouldn't come here again unless things were to change, i like the look of the inside but not the food. Wasn't worth the money that i paid for it.

This was my first time at Buffet City, My family and I liked it as soon as we walked in, big selection of food and was amazing, I would go back and highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall it was lovely... But... bit crowned up.in the seating area where you go up a few steps. Large family sat next to us banging into our chairs whilst getting in and out. Tables weren't cleared very often. And the beef in the beef green peppers and black bean sauce wasnt very nice at all.
