A trendy open plan bar and restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh, Scott's is the place to be for a light lunch, relaxed cream tea or traditional cuisine at dinner time. You can’t beat the stunning views, looking towards Edinburgh’s Castle, The Scott Monument and Princes Street Gardens and it’s certainly the best location to enjoy a drink during the Edinburgh Festival season without getting cold or wet.
The Scott`s on Princes Street menu is packed with Scottish classics with modern twists as well as tempting all round favourites. If you haven’t worked up a big appetite, call in for an afternoon tea or enjoy a carefully crafted cocktail, paired with bar nibbles.
Scott's all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open to residents and non-residents and includes porridge oats, Scotch pancakes, haggis and tattie scones, or start your day with a Lavazza coffee and a breakfast bun from our lounge menu.
Scott’s on Princes Street is just a few minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Waverly station, situated within Mercure Edinburgh City Princes Street Hotel.

Very disappointing. Lots of empty tables only 3 full tables the whole time we ate More staff than diners on a Saturday night ! No atmosphere, food average at best and overpriced. I ordered chocolate pudding for desert and they had sold out??! Will not be returning will not be recommending
