Spot the restaurant’s creative branding in amongst the greenery on the terrace, while inside, a signature feature includes the blue blown-glass chandelier, an artwork by Dale Chihuly which spirals above diners.
The Plu menu features high-end plates that aim to impress. Only offering a tasting menu, sample the carabineros tartare canapé served in a sesame cornet, or the sweet and sour quail for mains.
